Easy S’mores Cookies

These easy s’mores cookies are the perfect way to get your s’mores fix without a campfire! So spread some campfire fun without the campfire with these cookies!

National S’mores day is August 10th, just in case you needed a reason to make the delicious treats. I love how these cookies incorporate all the flavors of traditional s’mores but they are also softer and easier to eat.

Cake mix cookies were such a big part of my childhood. We used to make them all of the time because they are super easy, require minimal ingredients and taste delicious! This s’mores version has the graham cracker incorporated into the dough so you get the flavors in a soft cookie with the melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows on top. They are super delicious!
