Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I have found that there is a group of the population that fights against the chocolate chip cookie revolution and rallies for the humble oatmeal raisin cookie. If you are here on this page right now, then you or a loved one is probably a part of that group. These oatmeal raisin cookies are delicious, homey, warm and irresistibly chewy. They are easy to make and will make you feel like your grandma just made you a fresh batch!

My husband has been known to say that oatmeal raisin cookies were a waste on a cookie tray… however, I watched that same mad devour 4 of these oatmeal raisin cookies back to back. Ha ha. What I am saying is these are delicious and oatmeal raisin cookies are a little understated but once you eat one they are delicious!
