Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit or sweetener of choice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon - plus more for on top
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup shredded apple
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons water

Instructions

  • Add the almond flour, monk fruit, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, hemp seeds and stir together.
  • Add the shredded apple, egg, water and mix together until smooth.
  • Microwave for 1:45 to 2 minutes or until the center is cooked through.
