In a mixing bowl or electric mixer with paddle attachment, add salted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, sugar and vanilla to a mixer and blend until smooth.
Add eggs and blend.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt then add to the butter mixture.
Roll dough into balls then press in on the middle with your finger and spoon in about 1/4 teaspoon peanut butter into the hole.
Bake for 10-12 minutes then place on a cooling wrack.
