Peanut Butter Lovers Cookies
Peanut butter cookies that are jammed full of peanut butter flavor with a great chew and texture.
Servings: 24 cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter - softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons peanut butter
- powdered sugar for dusting on tops
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a mixing bowl or electric mixer with paddle attachment, add salted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, sugar and vanilla to a mixer and blend until smooth.
- Add eggs and blend.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt then add to the butter mixture.
- Roll dough into balls then press in on the middle with your finger and spoon in about 1/4 teaspoon peanut butter into the hole.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes then place on a cooling wrack.
- Dust tops with powdered sugar and enjoy!
