Garden Rotini Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces garden rotini - cooked drained and cooled
  • 1 bell pepper - diced any color
  • 6 medium tomatoes - diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion- diced
  • 6 ounces black olives
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese - chunked
  • 1 cup ham - diced optional
  • 1 cup pepperoni - diced optional
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 cup white vinegar
  • 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Cook pasta, drain and cool.
  • prepare all vegetables, cheese, olives and meat and add to a bowl with the cooled pasta.
  • In a bowl, add Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, sugar, white vinegar, balsamic vinegar and olive oil and whisk together.
  • Pour over pasta mixture and stir well.
  • Serve chilled.
