salted butter - melted

ground cinnamon

shredded apple - any variety
skins left on but core removed, don’t squeeze juice out

all purpose flour

baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Add all ingredients together and mix together well.
Grease bread pan, add parchment paper on bottom for an easy release.
Pour batter into greased pan.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until the center is risen and feels firm to the touch.
Let bread cool completely before slicing.
