Almond Flour Enriched Dinner Rolls
All the goodness of a dinner roll with a little extra protein and healthy fats from almond flour and a few less carbohydrates.

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoons dry active yeast
- 1/2 cup butter - melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 1/2 cups flour - more as needed
Add water and yeast together.
Stir in the melted butter, then salt, almond flour and flour and mixture together.
Knead for 5 minutes then place in greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour.
Gently punch dough down and roll into a large circle and cut into 20 wedges, like you would slice a pizza then starting at the widest end of the dough, roll up into a croissant style roll.
Place rolls onto a greased pan with enough room for the rolls to double in size.
Allow the rolls to rise 45 minutes or until they look nearly doubled.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Bake 16-20 minutes or until tops are golden and rolls are cooked through.
Optional, brush tops with butter after baking and enjoy.
