Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened kefir
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1-3 tablespoons raspberry syrup - sugar free or regular or raspberry jam
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
