~8 cups cauliflower florets - about 1 large cauliflower headcut into bite size pieces
4clovesgarlic - minced
22ouncesalfredo sauce of choice - this is the family size sauce
1 1/2cupsmozzarella - shredded
1/4cupparmesan cheese
1poundbacon - cut into bite size pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large 9 x 13 casserole dish, add cauliflower, minced garlic, alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and chopped bacon, (reserve about 1/3 of the bacon for laying over the top) and mix it all together.
Lay the remaining bacon over the top of the cauliflower alfredo mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes uncovered.
Optional - turn broiler on and broil top for 5 minutes or until the bacon on top crisps up.
