Air Fried Fry Bread
Traditional Native American fry bread that is cooked in an air fryer.

Ingredients

water

tablespoon
dry active yeast

teaspoon
salt

tablespoon
sugar
1/4
cup
salted butter – melted
3 1/2
cups
flour – more for dusting a rolling dough out
Nonstick spray or oil spray
optional
Salt to sprinkle on top

Instructions
Mix together the water, yeast, salt and sugar together.
Add the melted butter and flour a cup at a time until the dough comes together, you may not use all of the flour or you may use a little more.
Knead the dough together for ~3 minutes.
On a floured surface, divide dough into 7 pieces.
Roll each piece out into a thin sheet of dough.
Place as many pieces into your air fryer as will fit without touching each other.
Spritz each side of the dough with nonstick spray. (optional).
Air fry on 400 F. for 5 minutes, flip dough over and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt if desired.
