Ingredients

tablespoon
toasted sesame oil

garlic or 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic -minced
1/2

minced ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

zucchini - diced
1
red bell pepper - diced

green onions - sliced

chicken broth

teaspoon

Dash of ground black pepper or Szechuan pepper

dumplings - about 10 premade dumplings of choice
Instructions
In a medium/large pot, add sesame oil, garlic, ginger, zucchini, bell pepper and green onions and sauté until fragrant.
Add the chicken broth, salt and pepper and bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add dumplings and cook until they are cooked through, time will vary per dumpling and if they are frozen or fresh. They will float when they are done.
Serve and enjoy.
