4boneless skinless chicken thighs or chicken breastsfresh or frozen

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Cut all vegetables and place in a large bowl, then add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of the garlic herb pepper blend and mix together so all vegetables are coated.
Pour veggies onto a parchment paper lined or greased cookie sheet.
Add the chicken thighs or breasts to the pan between or on top of the vegetables.
Sprinkle the remaining seasoning on top of the chicken, along with a optional pinch of salt.
