Greek Party Poppers
These Greek party poppers have mini naan bread dippers with hummus, Greek salsa and tzatziki sauce on top.

Ingredients
For Greek salsa

of a large cucumber - peel and diced
1/2
medium tomato - diced

tablespoons
red onion - diced

tablespoons
diced Kalamata olives or black olives
3
tablespoons
bell peppers - diced
about 1 mini bell pepper

tablespoon
feta crumbles
1
teaspoon
pepperoncini peppers - diced
1
tablespoon
pepperoncini juice or vinegar
1/2
teaspoon
balsamic vinegar
1
tablespoon
olive oil
Pinch
of salt and black pepper
dash of dried Italian herb
For the Greek party poppers

mini naan bread dippers or pita bread cut into 15 - 2 bite sized pieces

teaspoons
red pepper hummus

teaspoons
tzatziki sauce
Instructions
Make the Greek salsa by adding all of the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well, then set aside.
To assemble, add a layer of hummus to each naan dipper or pita bread.
Add roughly 1 teaspoon of the Greek salsa on top of the hummus and then top with a dollop of tzatziki sauce.
Serve cold and enjoy!
