Add softened cream cheese, butter, sour cream, lime juice, whipping cream, vanilla pudding and blackberry flavoring (optional), then using a mixer with a whisk attachment, beat together until a smooth mixture forms.
Add powdered sugar, salt and blackberries and blend together until smooth.
Let frosting chill in refrigerator for ~20 minutes or until it thickens enough to be used as a frosting.
Add more cream to thin frosting and more powdered sugar to thicken frosting.
