Ingredients
Zest of 2 limes or 1/2 teaspoon lime oil

sour cream

lime juice

flour

baking powder

teaspoon
salt

cup
milk

cup
blackberries - chopped
1/2
teaspoon
blackberry flavoring
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a mixing bowl, add lime zest or lime oil, sugar, butter, eggs, sour cream, lime juice and blackberry flavoring (if using) then mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk then mix well.
Gently stir blackberries into batter.
Pour into a lined cupcake tin.
Bake for ~ 18 minutes, press on center of cupcake and if it gently springs back then it is done.
Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
