This pear harvest salad has pears, bacon, feta, craisins, red onions and a yummy balsamic salad dressing!

Ingredients
For the salad:
4generous handfuls spring mix
1/3cuptoasted pecans
3tablespoonsbacon bits - the real ones are preferred
4tablespoonsfeta crumbles
3tablespoonsdried cranberries
3tablespoonsred onion - thinly sliced
1pear - cored and thinly slicedRed, Anjou, Bosque or Bartlett pears will all work
1/2cupchicken breast diced - optional
For the balsamic vinaigrette
1teaspoonmustard
2tablespoonssugar
3tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
3tablespoonsgrapeseed oil
1/8teaspoonsalt
dash of black pepper
Instructions
In a large serving bowl, add spring mix, toasted pecans, bacon bits, feta crumbles, dried cranberries, red onion and sliced pear on top. If adding cooked chicken, add that now too.
Make the dressing by adding all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisking until dressing comes together.
