Instructions
Rim the serving glass by rubbing the glass rim with a lime wedge and then dipping into sugar until rim is coated, then set aside.
In a cocktail mixer or a large glass, add 1/2 large lime, juiced and the rind added, mint leaves and blackberries.
Use a muddling tool or the back of a mixing spoon works too, to mash the lime, mint and blackberries together.
Add the premade limeade or margarita juice mix and apple cider vinegar (if adding) to the blackberries, along with ice (if using).
Place lid on shaker and shake well, pour through strainer and into serving glass. If using a cup, stir well and then strain out the mint, blackberries and lime and serve in rimmed glass.
Garnish with blackberries, lime wedge, fresh mint, I like to skewer mine together or serve without garnish.
