  • Rub a lime wedge on rim of glass and dip glass in roughly 1 tablespoon sugar until glass rim gets coated.

Garnish: (optional)

  • blackberries
  • lime wedge
  • fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Rim the serving glass by rubbing the glass rim with a lime wedge and then dipping into sugar until rim is coated, then set aside.
  • In a cocktail mixer or a large glass, add 1/2 large lime, juiced and the rind added, mint leaves and blackberries.
  • Use a muddling tool or the back of a mixing spoon works too, to mash the lime, mint and blackberries together.
  • Add the premade limeade or margarita juice mix and apple cider vinegar (if adding) to the blackberries, along with ice (if using).
  • Place lid on shaker and shake well, pour through strainer and into serving glass. If using a cup, stir well and then strain out the mint, blackberries and lime and serve in rimmed glass.
  • Garnish with blackberries, lime wedge, fresh mint, I like to skewer mine together or serve without garnish.
