Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika on each side.
Keep in mind that the romesco sauce has salt in it so don't go overboard on the salt, it will balance out with the sauce and you can adjust as you serve it.
Place chicken on grill and cook until it is 165 F. internally.
Make or open romesco sauce and place on serving dish, after chicken has rested for a few minutes, slice into strips then lay on the bed of romesco sauce, serve and enjoy.
