Preheat the oven to 375 F.
In a mixing bowl, add butter and both sugars and blend well.
Add in the eggs and vanilla then blend well again.
Add the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pumpkin pie spice, salt, baking soda and flour and blend until a cookie dough forms.
Roll into roughly 1 1/2 inch balls to make ~36 cookies, then place cookie dough balls on a lined for greased cookie sheet and bake for ~8 minutes or until cookies are baked to your liking.
Allow cookies to cool while you make the glaze.
In a bowl, add the powdered sugar, salt, melted butter, milk, pumpkin pie spice, cardamom and vanilla together and blend until the glaze is smooth.
Dip the cookies tops in the glaze or spoon on glaze to each cookie.
Let the glaze set then serve and enjoy.
