Chai Spiced Coffee Cake
This chai spiced coffee cake features a delicious coffee cake with a chai spiced crumble on top with a vanilla glaze. It's a family favorite!

flour

sugar

cinnamon

cardamom

butter - melted
Vanilla Glaze:
1
cup
powdered sugar

tablespoon
melted butter
pinch
salt
splash vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a large mixing bowl, add all cake ingredients into the bowl and mix well.
Pour cake batter into a grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
In small mixing bowl, make the crumble by adding the flour, sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, pumpkin pie spice and salt together and stirring well.
Add the melted butter and gently mix together so a crumble forms.
Sprinkle the top of the cake with the crumble evenly.
Bake the cake for ~45-50 minutes or until the cake is baked through in the center.
Remove cake from the oven and while it's cooling, mix together the glaze.
Add all glaze ingredients in a small bowl then drizzle over the cake before enjoying.
