Salted Caramel Buttercream

This salted caramel buttercream recipe blends the rich flavors of caramel with a hint of sea salt, all incorporated into a creamy buttercream base.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter - room temperature
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt - more to taste
  • 1/3 cup caramel syrup ice cream syrup
  • 4 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • To make the frosting, add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth and silky.
  • Frost cake with frosting and if desired drizzle cake with more caramel.
  • Slice and enjoy.
