Almond Flour Brownie Skillet
Healthy-ish and delicious brownie skillet! Can easily be made gluten free!

Ingredients

cup
almond flour
1
tablespoon
flour
gluten free baking mix will work too
2/3
cup
brown sugar
1/2
cup
cacao powder or cocoa powder
pinch
salt

eggs
4
tablespoons
butter
1/2
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix together the almond flour, flour, brown sugar, cacao powder and salt.
Add the eggs and melted butter and stir together.
Add the chocolate chips and pour into a greased 6-8 inch dutch oven or oven proof skillet.
Bake for 20 minutes for a 6 inch pan, 15 for a larger pan or until brownie reaches your desired cook.
Remove from oven and let sit until warm, add ice cream or fresh fruit if desired and enjoy!
