Almond Flour Brownie Skillet

Healthy-ish and delicious brownie skillet! Can easily be made gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon flour gluten free baking mix will work too
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Mix together the almond flour, flour, brown sugar, cacao powder and salt.
  • Add the eggs and melted butter and stir together.
  • Add the chocolate chips and pour into a greased 6-8 inch dutch oven or oven proof skillet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes for a 6 inch pan, 15 for a larger pan or until brownie reaches your desired cook.
  • Remove from oven and let sit until warm, add ice cream or fresh fruit if desired and enjoy!
