Ingredients

  • 2 cups Red leaf lettuce
  • 6 black olives
  • 2 mini bell peppers- sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 green onion - diced
  • 2 tablespoons feta
  • 3 tablespoons pepperoncini peppers - sliced
  • 1 radish - sliced
  • 1/2 cup rotisserie chicken - diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • tablespoons ~ 3Greek salad dressing - more or less depending how much dressing you like.

Instructions

  • Prep all vegetables and chicken, add to a bowl.
  • Add salad dressing and mix.
  • Enjoy!
