Smokey Bacon Deviled Eggs

egg halves
Ingredients
3
eggs - hard boiled
- hard boiled, sliced in half lengthwise with yolks removed

tablespoons
mayonnaise
1/2
teaspoon
smoked paprika
1/2
teaspoon
spicy brown mustard
bacon bits or crumbles for on top
Instructions
To hard boil eggs:
Place eggs in a pot that has a lid.
Fill with warm water.
Bring to a boil uncovered, and then place lid on top.
Turn heat off and leave for 10 minutes for perfect and easy to peel hard boiled eggs.
Cool eggs down.
To make the smokey bacon deviled eggs:
Slice in half lengthwise and remove yolks and put them in a separate bowl.
Add mayo, smoked paprika and spicy brown mustard to egg yolks and mash together and stir until smooth.
Spoon or pipe mixture into egg centers.
Top with bacon.
Serve chilled.
