Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
Mix almond flour, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together.
Add milk, tahini butter, vanilla and egg.
Blend batter together until smooth.
Line glass 8 x 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
pour batter into baking pan and sprinkle tops with pecans and chocolate chips.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Make tahini caramel during the baking time.
In a small sauce pan, add corn syrup, sugar, tahini, butter, cream and salt and bring to a boil, stirring continuously so nothing burns.
Reduce to a simmer and simmer for about 2 minutes or until the sugar is all melted and mixture looks creamy.
Stir in vanilla and pour into another dish.
When Blondie's are done cooking pour caramel over the top of Blondie's and sprinkle a few more chocolate chips.
