Butter

soy sauce
1/2 to 3
teaspoons
Sriracha
depends how spicy you want them - 1/2 teaspoon isn't spicy, 3 will have quite a kick

Honey

tablespoon
olive oil
Sprinkle of salt
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425 F.
Peel and remove the tops from the carrots.
Place the carrots on a lined metal baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, soy sauce, sriracha, honey and olive oil and mix together.
Pour over the tops of the carrots and roll the carrots in the sauce so they are all covered.
Bake for 50 minutes turning over after 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
