Honey Sriracha Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds whole carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 to 3 teaspoons Sriracha depends how spicy you want them - 1/2 teaspoon isn't spicy, 3 will have quite a kick
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sprinkle of salt

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 425 F.
  • Peel and remove the tops from the carrots.
  • Place the carrots on a lined metal baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, soy sauce, sriracha, honey and olive oil and mix together.
  • Pour over the tops of the carrots and roll the carrots in the sauce so they are all covered.
  • Bake for 50 minutes turning over after 35 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve.
  • Enjoy!
