Creamy Beef And Tomato Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 pound potato Gnocchi - you could use cauliflower gnocchi too
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic - minced
  • 1 - 14.5 ounce can of diced tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons dried basil
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook Gnocchi according to package directions.
  • In another large pan, add ground beef, olive oil and garlic and cook until beef is brown.
  • Add diced tomatoes, basil, cream cheese, salt, spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese until the cream cheese is melted into the sauce.
  • Add the gnocchi and stir until everything is incorporated.
  • Serve.
