gluten free baking mix will work too

brown sugar

stevia
sugar cane baking blend

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
baking soda

tahini

tablespoon
vanilla

eggs

cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
Combine almond flour, flour, brown sugar, stevia, salt and baking soda together in a large mixing bowl.
Add the tahini, vanilla, eggs and stir everything together until a cookie dough forms.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Form into ~1 and a 1/2 inch cookie dough balls.
Place them on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet with enough room for them to spread out slightly.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly on the cookie sheet before moving to a cooling rack.
