Double Chocolate Oat Blender Muffins

filled with wholesome goodness and my kids love these!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetener of choice - sugar monk fruit, truvia, coconut sugar, etc.
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into blender and blend on high until well mixed.
  • Pour into muffin liners until about 3/4 of the way full.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of muffins.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Check muffins with a toothpick and once it comes out clean they're done.
