Easy Teriyaki Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • generous pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to 400 F.
  • Place chicken thighs in a bowl and sprinkle with a generous pinch of salt.
  • Add in the honey, garlic powder, ground ginger and soy sauce to bowl and mix chicken around so it gets nicely coated.
  • Place on grill and cook for roughly 7 minutes then flip over and cook for roughly 7 more minutes or until chicken's internal temperature is ~165 F.
  • Remove from grill, rest meat and serve with or without teriyaki sauce.
