boneless skinless chicken thighs
generous pinch of salt

honey
1-1/2
teaspoons
garlic powder
1-1/2
teaspoons
ground ginger

soy sauce
Instructions
Preheat grill to 400 F.
Place chicken thighs in a bowl and sprinkle with a generous pinch of salt.
Add in the honey, garlic powder, ground ginger and soy sauce to bowl and mix chicken around so it gets nicely coated.
Place on grill and cook for roughly 7 minutes then flip over and cook for roughly 7 more minutes or until chicken's internal temperature is ~165 F.
Remove from grill, rest meat and serve with or without teriyaki sauce.
