Avocado Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen triple berry blend (blackberries, blueberries and raspberries)
  • 1 small avocado not too soft, not too hard
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup iceĀ 
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. You may have to pulse a few times to get it totally smooth.
