Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons Truvia stevia and sugar cane blend
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • In a small pot, add almond milk, truvia, rice flour, and cinnamon.
  • Whisk together and bring mixture to a boil.
  • Let mixture boil for about 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool in the refrigerate for 1 hour or until cool.
