Ingredients

pork tenderloin or chops
cooked or raw

green onions - diced

tablespoons
toasted sesame oil

teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
ground ginger
3
tablespoons
soy sauce
1/2
teaspoons
sriracha
3
tablespoons
honey
1
pound
frozen broccoli florets
1/4
cup
peanuts
lightly salted
2
cups
cooked quinoa
cook quinoa in chicken stock
Instructions
In a small pan, cook quinoa in chicken stock or salted water.
If using raw pork tenderloin - slice loin into 1/4 x 1 inch chunks and saute over medium high heat with a sprinkle of salt until cooked through.
In a pan, add green onions, toasted sesame oil and saute for 2 minutes.
Add cooked pork, garlic powder, ground ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, honey and broccoli.
Saute over medium high heat for 10 minutes or until broccoli softens and is cooked.
Add peanuts and quinoa and stir together.
Serve.
