1/4cupKorean BBQ sauce
Instructions
Place pork roast on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
Rub pork loin roast with gochajang paste and sprinkle with salt or if using gochajang infused salt, sprinkle the roast with it.
Spread brown sugar all over roast.
Pour Korean BBQ sauce all over the roast.
Cook on a pellet grill, smoker, grill or in an oven at 350 F. for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes or until the internal temperature is between 145 F. (rare) to 165 F. (well done). Yes you can cook pork to rare now, this is the USDA recommended rare temperature for pork, I personally like mine closer to 160 -165 F.
