red onion

za'tar spice blend

teaspoon
smoked paprika

harissa paste or diced chili peppers - canned

teaspoon

teaspoon
pepper

tablespoon
sriracha

feta
Instructions
Add olive oil, onions and garlic to a pot with a wide opening. preferably 12-15 inches wide.
Heat to medium high and saute mixture for roughly 5 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes, za'tar spice, cumin, paprika, harissa or diced chili peppers, salt, pepper and sriracha. Stir for an additional 3 minutes.
Create small wells in the mixture and crack eggs into the wells.
Reduce heat to a simmer and cover with a lid.
Simmer mixture for ~12 minutes or until egg whites are set but yolks are still soft.
Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.
