2cupsfreshfrozen or canned pineapple - cut into small chunks
2tablespoonssugar or Truvia
2teaspoonsCinnamon
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
1/2cupdark chocolate chips
1/4cupMilk
*whipped cream for on top
Instructions
In a sauce pan, add pineapple, sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup and saute over medium high heat for roughly 5 minutes or until pineapple and sugar start to caramelize.
Remove from heat and spoon into crapes.
Heat milk in microwave for 1 minute then pour over dark chocolate chips and cover bowl. Let sit for 3 minutes or until the dark chocolate chips have melted. Stir together and drizzle sauce over tops of pineapple filled crepes. Add whipped cream if desired.
