Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Cream together the peanut butter, butter, vanilla and sugar.
Add eggs and stir.
In another bowl, mix together salt, baking soda and flour.
Add the flour mixture to the butter and egg mixture and stir until a dough forms.
Roll into about 1-1/2 inch balls and press down slightly so they form a disc. Make a small indent in the middle of the cookie with your finger.
Bake on a lightly greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Optional - Add 1 chocolate chip underneath the Hershey Hug to the indented area of the cookie. Bake for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy. If you are packaging these up allow to cool completely so the Hug doesn't smear.
