Ingredients

  • 1 lb Green Beans
  • 1-1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • Dash Cayenne
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  • Mix together almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, dried onions, salt, water, cornstarch and cayenne pepper.
  • Dip green beans in the batter and lay flat on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops of the green beans.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Enjoy on their own or with Greek yogurt ranch or favorite sauce!
