Homemade Ramen Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 quarts Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Better than Bouillon Chicken Flavor
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons Salt (depends how salty you like your broth I would start with 1 1/2, taste and add more if you like it saltier)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 18 ounces dry ramen noodles or 6 packages of ramen Noodles - noodles only
  • *Optional Sriracha if you want some spice. 

Instructions

  • Add all sauce ingredient to a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Add Noodles and cook according to package directions, about 3-4 minutes. Add noodles and sauce to bowl along with all other desired toppings.
