1 1/2 - 2teaspoonsSalt (depends how salty you like your broth I would start with 1 1/2, taste and add more if you like it saltier)
1/4cupsoy sauce or coconut aminos
1TablespoonToasted Sesame oil
1TablespoonHoney
18ouncesdry ramen noodles or 6 packages of ramen Noodles - noodles only
*Optional Sriracha if you want some spice.
Instructions
Add all sauce ingredient to a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Add Noodles and cook according to package directions, about 3-4 minutes. Add noodles and sauce to bowl along with all other desired toppings.
