In a medium bowl, pour chocolate chips.
In another microwave safe bowl, combine heavy cream and sweetened condense milk. Microwave for 1:30 or until mixture is hot.
Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for a few minutes until chocolate melts.
mix together until a smooth shiny chocolate fudge forms.
Pour 1/2 of the mixture into the chocolate pie crust.
Add 1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping cream to the other half of the chocolate mixture and stir. Allow that mixture to cool.
With a whisk or a stand mixer whip the cream and chocolate mixture until it thickens. Don't over mix because cream will break and the chocolate will seperate.
Once mixed, add on top of the fudge layer.
Top with sweetened whip cream and enjoy!
