Lemon Sour Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch Pie Shell - baked and cooled. 
  • 1 cup Lemon Curd
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 3.5 ounce Package Instant Lemon Pudding 
  • 2 cups Sweetened Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • Combine the lemon curd, sour cream and instant lemon pudding powder and blend with a whisk until it starts to thicken. Pour into the bottom of a pie shell and let set for 30 minutes. Add Whipped cream on top. Enjoy!
