12Large Whole Carrots - Peeled and tops removed

1teaspoonRaz El Hanout Spice blend - can be found in the spice isle of most grocery stores or spice shops.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Peel Carrots and place them on a lined cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over them. Sprinkle with salt, Raz El Hanout spice blend, and 1 Tablespoon Honey. Roast carrots for 40 minutes or until carrots are tender. Toss the cooked carrots in melted butter and drizzle the remaining honey over the top before serving.
