Honey Spiced Carrots

Ingredients

  • 12 Large Whole Carrots - Peeled and tops removed
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Raz El Hanout Spice blend - can be found in the spice isle of most grocery stores or spice shops. 
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 F.  Peel Carrots and place them on a lined cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over them. Sprinkle with salt, Raz El Hanout spice blend, and 1 Tablespoon Honey. Roast carrots for 40 minutes or until carrots are tender. Toss the cooked carrots in melted butter and drizzle the remaining honey over the top before serving.
