Bake the pie shell or 10 cupcake tin shells and cool.
In a small bowl, Add 1/3 cup water and sprinkle 1 packet of unflavored gelatin over the cold water and let sit.
In a small sauce pan, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil.
Mix the gelatin mixture into the hot sugar and water mixture. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Toss the strawberries in the gelatin and sugar mixture and drain any excess. Add coated strawberries to cooled pie shells. Gelatin should begin setting once it touches the strawberries but will set completely after sitting in the refrigerator for an hour or so. Serve with whipped cream and enjoy!
