1CupMilk of choiceif you want this dairy free use an unsweetened milk and sub the butter for olive oil and the Parmesan cheese for nutritional yeast

1/4Cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a pan, add 4 cloves of garlic, butter, olive oil, salt and raw shrimp. Cook for a few minutes until the shrimp is slightly pink. Add milk of choice, stir together and bring to a simmer. In a small bowl mix the water and cornstarch and then whisk that into the sauce and shrimp mixture. Stir until sauce thickens slightly then add the Parmesan cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Add noodles to sauce or pour over noodles. Enjoy!
