Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 15 oz can Pumpkin Pie Filling
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Mix all the wet ingredients together, followed by the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, followed by the the milk.
  • Mix batter until smooth.
  • Pour into a greased baking dish, 8 x 8 pan for a thicker cake or a 9 x 13 for a sheet pan type cake.
  • Bake for ~40 minutes if using an 8x8 pan and ~20 minutes for a 9 x 13 pan. Cake is done when a toothpick comes out clean.
