Healthy Double Chocolate Muffin in a Mug

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sweetener of choice
  • 1 tablespoon semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon milk of choice
  • 1 egg
  • Sprinkle of powder sugar

Instructions

  • In a standard to large sized mug, add the dry ingredients and chocolate chips and stir together.
  • Next add the egg and milk and stir again.
  • Microwave for 1 to 1:10 minutes or until the cake begins to rise up and looks set.
  • Sprinkle with a dash of powdered sugar and dig in with a spoon! Enjoy!
