Ingredients

  • 1 Box Yellow cake mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil 
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 
  • 3 Graham Crackers roughly crushed
  • 18 Squares Hershey's or other Chocolate bar
  • 18 medium Marshmallows sliced in half 

Instructions

  • Mix cake mix with eggs and oil and stir, stir in crushed graham crackers and chocolate chips,
  • Form into about 1 1/2 inch round balls and press 1 chocolate square on top of each cookie, Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
  • Place 2 half pieces of marshmallows on cookie and turn oven onto broil. Toast the tops of marshmallows for about 1 minute or until golden brown, Watch closely!
