Simple Vanilla Cupcakes
Super easy, moist and delicious cupcakes.
Servings: 24 cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder to a bowl and mix.
- Add the sour cream, eggs, oil, milk and vanilla extract to the flour mixture and mix it until it's smooth.
- Line cupcake tin with liner and add batter about 2/3 of the way full.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes or when the tops are risen and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and frost with your favorite frosting.
