Almond Flour Naan Bread

Easy and delicious lower carb naan bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch of sugar
  • Optional butter topping:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  • Mix together the almond flour, flour, salt and sugar.
  • Add the Greek yogurt to the mixture and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a little pr yogurt or water to bring everything together.
  • Divide into 6 dough balls.
  • Roll dough out between two sheets of parchment paper, one on bottom and one over top.
  • I roll my dough our thin but you can roll it as thick or thin as you want.
  • Spray griddle or non-stick pan and place naan bread.
  • Cook until slightly browned on the bottom then flip over and brown on other side.
  • This naan bread does stay pretty thin with a few bubbles.
  • Optional : mix together 1 tablespoon butter, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and melt. Pour over naan bread and add 1 teaspoon dried parsley on top.
