Mix together the almond flour, flour, salt and sugar.
Add the Greek yogurt to the mixture and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a little pr yogurt or water to bring everything together.
Divide into 6 dough balls.
Roll dough out between two sheets of parchment paper, one on bottom and one over top.
I roll my dough our thin but you can roll it as thick or thin as you want.
Spray griddle or non-stick pan and place naan bread.
Cook until slightly browned on the bottom then flip over and brown on other side.
This naan bread does stay pretty thin with a few bubbles.
Optional : mix together 1 tablespoon butter, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and melt. Pour over naan bread and add 1 teaspoon dried parsley on top.
