Corn and Chili Salsa

oil - I used corn oil

corn

ounce
can of fire roasted chilies
1
tablespoon
cilantro - diced
1
teaspoon
lime juice
1/4
teaspoon
chili powder
pinch
of salt

tablespoon
cojita cheese
Instructions
In a pan, add oil, corn and fire roasted chilies and stir until corn cooks and starts to brown slightly.
Remove from heat and add cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, salt and cojita cheese.
Serve warm or cold.
